As a legal entity, European Master Pigeons OLR has the full right to organize competitions with racing pigeons as well as a legally approved sanitary-veterinarian.
It is registered in the TRACES system which gives it the right to import and export pigeons from and around the world. The pigeons transport vehicles are also registered, veterinary authorizesand equipped with a GPS system. Europa Master Pigeons OLR ownes a quarantine unit and an approved veterinary laboratory.
Participating pigeons in the EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS OLR must wear a genealogical ring from 2025 and belong to a well-known fanciers federation.
The pigeons must be at least 4-6 weeks old and to be able to eat and drink alone, at the moment they are given to EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS OLR.
It is mandatory that pigeons to be vaccinated against Paramyxoviruses, but we recommend to be vaccinated also with Columby 2 /RP (Paramyxo + Herpes).
All collected pigeons will be vaccinated against Circuvirux and Adenocoli and will follow a prophylactic program during the adaptation period. After the end of the collection period, the pigeons will be applied booster vaccine against Adenocoly and Poco. At the moment of pigeons delivery a certificate that mentions the vaccines will be handed over.
By handing over of the pigeons towards EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS OLR, it is also handed over the property rights in all shapes, EMP becoming the rightful owner of the pigeons.
The pigeons will be kept in quarantine, by breeders, for a week time before being introduced into the loft. If there will be pigeons with issues during the quarantine time, their owner will be promptly informed and he will decide what should be done next; the pigeons will be urgently replaced or he will send the same number of pigeons replaced in the next competition, for free.
The pigeons with issues will be tested, so there is no doubt on their condition.
The pigeons will be gathered directly from participant’s loft or from rightful owner of the EMP.
From the time of handing over the pigeons towards the contestant and their entry in quarantine time, it won’t last more than 72 hours.
It is mandatory that on handing over of the pigeons, the pedigrees and the ownership title to be handover, a bank account for prizes payment, a telephone number, an email address for fast communication as well. The handover of the pedigrees can be done also by post mail until the 1st of June 2025, the latest.
A team consists of 5 active pigeons and one reserve pigeon, which does not require subsequent activation.
Participation fee/team, 5+1=6 pigeons, is 500 euro.
Transport fee is 15 euro/pigeon.

AUCTION:
The pigeons arrived into the Final, will be sold by auction (West or Asian auction platform) as it follows: places 1-20 and first 10 AS.
All the pigeons turned back in the Extra Race will be sold in auction.
For the pigeons sold on Romania online platform a commission of 15% from the sale price will be charged, and the rest will be divided as follows: 50% goes to the participant and 50% goes to the organizer, respectively to Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR.
The pigeons that have not been sold by auction will be redeemed for 30 Euros by the owner within a maximum of 7 days from the end of the auction, or after the Final Race, if its won't be activated for the Extra Race, in additional to the transport costs according with the distance.
The pigeons that will not be activated for Extra Race and the pigeons that will not be bought by the main owner, it will become the indisputable and unequivocal property of the organizer Europa Master Pigeons OLR, without any objection from the participant.
By handing over the pigeons to Europa Master Pigeons OLR, the organizer's rules and conditions are fully accepted and the ownership rights are transferred from the participant to the organizer Europa Master Pigeons OLR
