Rules, competitions and prizes Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race 2024/2025, Spain
The company is registered in TRACES system, which gives rights of importing and exporting pigeons from and around the world. The pigeons transporting cars are sanitary-veterinary registered and approved with GPS system, also. Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR holds a sanitary-veterinary authorized quarantine and laboratory unit. CD COLOMBOFILIA DANUT BACALU is legally registered and complies with Spanish and European legislation in the field of pigeon competitions.
Pigeons participating into EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTE RACE OLR competitions must wear genealogy ring of year 2024.
Contest pigeons must be at least 6 weeks old, they must be able to eat and drink by themselves when delivered to EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTER RACE OLR .
It’s mandatory that the pigeons to be vaccinated, at least for paramyxovirosis, but it’s recommended to be vaccinated also with: Columbi 2 (Paramyxo + Herpes) or PHA.
All collected pigeons will follow a prophylactic program of strengthening immunity during the adaptation period. When handing over the pigeons there shall be mentioned the history of vaccination applied on them all together with the certificate of vaccination.
The pigeons will be handed over together with their pedigree and ownership document.
By handing over the pigeons towards EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTE RACE OLR, it is also handed over the property rights in all shapes, CD COLOMBOFILIA DANUT BACALU becoming the rightful owner of all the participating pigeons.
The contestant will pay a 15 euro / pigeon, as delivery fee, services available from the participant's headquarters to the loft. The contestant pigeons will be sent to EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTER RACE OLR only with approved carrier.
We don’t take the risk of taking over pigeons sent in uncertain transport conditions!
The pigeons will be quarantined separately, by breeders, for one week, before being introduced into the loft. If there will be pigeons with issues during the quarantine time, their owner will be informed and he will decide what we should do next. The pigeons will be urgently replaced or he will send the same number of pigeons in the next competition, free registration. The pigeons with issues will be tested, on the request and cost of the participant.
The pigeons will be collected directly from participants’ loft or from the loft’s representative. The pigeons shall be handed over by the participant and shall be quarantined in maximum 72 hours from picking its up.
It is mandatory that on handing over of the pigeons, the pedigrees and the ownership title to be handover, a bank account for prizes payment, a telephone number, an email address for fast communication as well. The handover of the pedigrees can be done also by post mail until the 31st of October 2024, the latest.
IMPORTANT: Pigeons’s prizes and incomes from auction will be paid only if there are sent both together pedigrees and ID cards in original to the organizer
The organizer reserves the right to change the cometition’s calendar depending on the weather conditions.
For 2024/2025 EUROPA MASTER PIGEONS WINTER RACE OLR EDITION, there are different types of teams allowed:
1. Junior Team: 4 pigeons (3 paid pigeons and 1 free pigeon) = 450 Euro
2. Senior Team: 8 pigeons ( 6 paid pigeons and 2 free pigeons) = 900 Euro+free registration into Ladyes Cup category for one team.
3. Expert Team: 12 pigeons ( 9 paid pigeons and 3 free pigeons) = 1.350 Euro+free registration into Best Team category for all the teams and free registration into Ladyes Cup category for one team.
NOTICE:
Ladies Cup registration is allowed only with one (1) team/participant and it is mandatory to be communicated from the start. It will be counted results of the best 3 pigeons/team in HS1, HS2, HS3, HS4, Semifinal and Final Races.
All the teams will participate to the Best Team category. It will be counted results of the best 4 pigeons /team in HS1, HS2, HS3, HS4, Semifinal and Final Races.
Junior Team participants can be qualified for Ladies Cup category for 200 Euro fee.
Junior Team participants can be qualified for Best Team category for 300 Euro fee.
Senior Team participants can be qualified for Best Team category for 300 Euro fee.

The prizes and auction income payments will be made according with the low, in May 2025 or after all the auctions resulting from this competition ends up. The beneficiary of the prizes will support all the bank transfer fees.
The prizes will be taxed according with the laws existing at the payment time!!!
By sending pigeons toward Europa Master Pigeon Winter Race OLR, it means respecting all the terms and conditions and full acceptance of the regulations on the official web page of Europa Master Pigeons.
Typographical errors or short version of the flyers or posters has no legal effect! Further discussions or interpretations are excluded entirely.
The well-being and health of the pigeons is always a priority, then tax laws, the rights of the participant and the rights of the organizer.
The pigeons will be received between 14.06-30.09.2024.
Collecting program for Germany is: 14-15 June, 19-20 July, 16-17 August, 14 September.
Picking up from Hungary, Austria and Czeck Republic it will be one day before Germany data.
Picking up from Belgium and Netherland is the next day after Germany data.
Collectiong from Turkye and Bulgary it will be made according with the representatives agreement.
On boarding in the Final Race, the fanciers are allowed to check their own pigeons.
There will be stands, with food and drink for various tastes from the house.
The Final Race will be broadcast online.
The pigeons arrived into the Final, will be sold by auction as it follows: places 1-50 and first 10 AS. First 15 in the Final and first 10 AS will be auctioned by PIPA.
First 100 pigeons returns from the EXTRA Race 620 km, will be auctioned.
Also, certain pigeons will go for auction, the ones representative for the participant, the organizer and the auction house. The organizer has the main decision, as the rightful owner of the pigeons!
All the other pigeons arrived in the Final Race, whom were not activated for Extra Race or bought back by the participant will fly into the Extra Race.
Pigeons starting from place 101 and over resulted in Extra Race and the ones that are not selected for auction will be sold to the first buyer (first comes, first served) with 50 Euro / pigeon (20 Euro goes to the participant and 30 Euro goes to the organizer). This contiditon is available for one week (7 days) from the Final Race. After that, CD COLOMBOFILIA DANUT BACALU will exercise its full and indisputable ownership rights over the management of the pigeons that remain unsold.
Pigeons that are not cualified for the auction can be bought by 3rd parties. The prise is 50 Euro/pigeon + transport cost according with the destination requested.
The rightful owners of the pigeons have priority in redemption, on condition that they announce it and make the payment the first 3 days after competition ends.
For the pigeons sold on Romania online platform a commission of 15% of the sale price will be charged, and the rest will be divided as follows: 50% goes to the participant and 50% goes to the organizer, respectively to Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR.
For the pigeons sold in West and Asia the commission for organizing the auction will be higher. After paying the commission for organizing the auction, the fancier as the first 50% and the organizer 50%, from the remaining amount.
Pigeons without pedigrees and ID cards will not benefit from prizes and neither from the amount resulting in auction! Any discussion or handing over the pedigrees after the final is EXCLUDED!
Any amount due or resulting from pigeons without pedigree belongs entirely to the organizer of Europa Master Pigeons Winter Race OLR
All the participants, by handing over the pigeons toward the organizer, assume and undertake to comply with the terms and conditions of this regulation.
This is your chance to compete with fair play and best conditions of care for the pigeons, against the best pigeons lovers in the world!
The trainings will start in December 2024 and will continue until January 2024, starting with 5 to 70 km far away from the loft.

Terms and conditions:
It is calculated the score obtained by the first 4 pigeons from EACH team, which will be nominated once enrolled in this category. The score is calculated by adding the places occupied by the first 4 pigeons in a team. The winner is the team with the lowest score.

Places 4-5: 1.000 Euro
Places 6-15: 500 Euro
Extra Flight 620 Km!
Prizes worth 25,000 Euros. Prizes are calculated for 300 registered pigeons. These prizes may increase or decrease depending on the number of pigeons submitted in this category. The first 30 pigeons (10% of the participating pigeons) will be awarded.
The participation fee is 100 Euro / pigeon. The first 50 pigeons from the final and the first 10 AS places cannot participate in this category.

Each flight that is taken into account for the classification. AS pigeons ends on the first day of the competition at 20.00 (local hour) only with the FINAL FLIGHT. The competition ends on the 2nd day at 6 pm (local time).
